SME Marketplace Digitalization Test
Measure your marketplace performance and discover our solution package tailored for you
Digital Score is Racepto AI Motor's first assessment round: profitability, Buybox status and customer response time.
Digital Score is a free starting assessment that helps you understand the current maturity of your marketplace operation. It brings connected areas such as sales, content, advertising, inventory, and customer experience into one practical score. Its purpose is not to rank your business against other brands; it is to make growth priorities easier to see. Answer each question with the option that best describes what you do consistently today, rather than the process you would ideally like to have. That honest baseline makes the result more useful.

How the 12 questions and five choices work
The assessment contains 12 real questions covering the building blocks of marketplace activity. Every question has five choices, scored from 1 to 5. Lower choices generally describe processes that are not yet established, are irregular, or are handled manually. Higher choices describe practices that are defined, measured, and improved continuously. Select one answer per question, and use the previous button whenever you need to review or change an earlier choice.
Your 12 answers are added to create the Digital Score. The lowest possible result is therefore 12 and the highest is 60. The score is not a financial-performance guarantee or an independent audit. It is a consistent starting indicator based on a short self-assessment, designed to show the stage of your operation. Its value is less about a single number than about identifying the area that deserves attention first.
What the Digital Score measures
The questions look at how reliably your account and product foundations are set up, the quality of listings and content, your advertising approach, and how regularly you monitor sales performance. They also cover inventory and logistics coordination, customer experience, data-informed decision making, workflow discipline, and readiness to expand into new marketplaces or channels. These are practical capabilities that support sustainable marketplace growth.
None of these areas works in isolation. Strong advertising may not deliver its expected return when product content or stock planning is weak, while a well-built listing can lose momentum without measurement and customer feedback. The assessment is intentionally holistic so you can consider not only the visible issue, but also the operational links behind it. That perspective helps turn improvement into an end-to-end customer journey plan rather than a one-off campaign.
The 12–60 score range and recommendation levels
The result screen displays your total and its percentage out of 60. A score of 12–22 represents the beginner level, where account foundations, product data, and initial tests need a clear order of work. Scores of 23–36 indicate a growth level: as product and channel volume rises, advertising, integrations, and regular reporting become more important. The 37–48 scale level highlights advanced content, multi-marketplace management, and campaign strategy.
Scores from 49–60 point to enterprise-scale needs such as automation, profitability-focused management, international expansion, and coordination. These bands are not a judgment; they are a framework for beginning a useful conversation. Two businesses with the same score can have different priorities depending on category, marketplace, team capacity, and target country. Treat the result as a signal for which assumption to validate next.
