Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how your personal data and analytics preferences are handled when you visit the RACEPTO website.

    Last updated: 26 August 2026

    1. Data controller and contact

RACEPTO is the data controller for personal data handled through this website. Contact us at info@racepto.com for privacy, cookie preference or data protection requests.

    2. Data we process

We process only the data needed to provide services, respond to requests, secure the website and, according to your preference, understand site usage.

    • Name, company, email, phone number, service preference and message submitted through the contact form.
    • Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, request time and error logs needed for security and operation.
    • Usage data such as page path, referral source, device/browser information and site interactions measured through Google Analytics.
    • Your analytics cookie choice.

    3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to answer requests, deliver consulting services, keep the site secure and available, prevent misuse and improve service quality.

Contact requests are handled to take steps at your request or provide services; essential technical records rely on applicable obligations and legitimate interests; analytics cookies and cookie-based measurement depend on your explicit choice.

    4. Google Analytics and Consent Mode

Google Analytics runs with Advanced Consent Mode. On initial page load, analytics_storage and advertising-related storage permissions are denied. No _ga cookie is created and no user identity is stored at this stage.

Before consent, cookieless signals may be sent to Google for measurement modelling. These may include consent state, page path, time, device/browser characteristics and approximate traffic source. URL query values and contact form fields are not sent to Analytics.

Choosing “Accept” changes analytics_storage to granted and allows Google Analytics cookies. Choosing “Reject” keeps storage denied. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer.

    5. Sharing and international processing

Data may be shared only as needed with hosting and technical providers, with Google for Google Analytics, and with legally authorised public bodies.

Google Analytics may involve processing outside your country. Cookie-based analytics is enabled according to the permission you provide through the preference interface.

    6. Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as required for its purpose and applicable legal retention periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. We use access controls and appropriate technical and organisational measures to reduce unauthorised access risk.

    7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and information about recipients of your personal data.

Send requests to info@racepto.com with enough information to verify your identity and understand the scope of your request.

    8. Updates

We may update this notice when services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
